✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Wigs must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

• Due to hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, altered, or styled cannot be returned.

• Customized or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost.

• Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us directly.
