✅ Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Wigs must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Due to hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, altered, or styled cannot be returned.
Customized or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
🔄 Exchange Policy
If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost.
Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us directly.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
